Your monthly fee is tailored to your business — there's no one-size-fits-all rate, and we don't believe in hidden charges. Pricing is confirmed after a short conversation about your setup.
One-Time KYC Setup Fee — £120
All new clients are subject to a one-time KYC (Know Your Client) setup fee of £120. This covers identity verification, onboarding checks, and getting your account fully set up on our systems before we begin.
What affects your monthly fee?
Business size and turnover, VAT registration, payroll headcount, accounting software, and any backlog or catch-up work required.
Back work quoted separately
If your books are behind or records need tidying before we begin, we'll assess this upfront and provide a clear one-off quote — no surprises.
No lock-in contracts
